I have been juicing for a couple of weeks now and agree that you really feel the difference and benefits. At the moment I am replacing lunch with a mainly green juice including such foods as spinach, celery, cucumber, green apple, pear, Kiwi fruit but occasionally throw in some orange/red veg or fruit e.g. 1/2 beetroot or 1 carrot. I feel satisfied with this lunch and I am not looking for the usual carbohydrate based lunch of sandwich or crackers. I am definitely metabolising fluids more efficiently with a great reduction in bloating and oedema. I use a centrifugal juicer but may look into the more efficient masticating juicers.Try juicing and let me know your experiences.
