I have been lucky to both assist and be a student in a food styling and photography class taught by Denise Vivaldo. I am amazed by the techniques used to turn food into art. Paint, torches, denture glue and hat pins are some of the tools used. And, Although, it is all real, none of the food in these shots is edible. Just fascinating!
