I have been my cervical screening today,they recorded my weighing from 48kls where i used to it but i gained 2kls. blood pressure gone up from 90/78 I used to it but they change to 120/65, its seems like I gain everything but my height was shrink hmmp I used to be 53 but the nurse said im only 52. Never mind,the result will be wait after 2 weeks... 😡, I feel to old,its harder when it comes to strictly diet food 🍴.I have a good appetite though specially my favourite dried fish 🐟 and salt fish 🐟 vegetable etc.pinobre pagkaon pero Mao nakahatag naku resistinsya lol I drunk well either water or aims coffee. I have satisfaction to cook and eat my own meal😃 Duty for tonight.have a good one everyone
