I have been off for two weeks.. I hate when people talk bad about me or my business especially when they are other people in the industry, wedding or beauty and I stewed wanting to call out other for their bad business practices, and for their shady bs. I work so hard. For others knowing how hard it is to thrive in business and decide to bash others based on pure opinion, its crazy to me... Because quite frankly, I know NO ONE personally at all. I try not to get caught up in drama or cliques etc etc.. I get frustrated but only when it comes to feeling attacked by others or comments about my team.. At the end of the day, I am reminded year after year... Integrity and consistency is the biggest thing that matters most. I dont have constant turnover.. My team is solid. My clients are happy and when their not, we strive to make it right because we love what we do that much. We wont always please everyone but, out of thousands, we please 95% I know this because I know my business through and through. I know my numbers. I know hair.. I just got checked right now.. Because in my off weeks, I got tagged by another stylist that follows my work with an article in American salon magazine... Heres the thing.. This an industry magazine. I get frustrated when I see people that post things about their acknowledgements in this and awards in that, that seriously, I could post all day long if I paid for it. It was one of the learning lessons in this industry. U can be anybody but with a price. Industry magazines dont play that. My lifes work is accomplished just for them to even have me in their radar. Bridal is a piece of my capabilities.. Hair is my life.. And one of the biggest magazines recognized that on page 51 in their magazine. Im on cloud freaking 9. #backtomybubble #outofmyfunk no one else matters. Only my team and my clients.
