I have been sitting in some amazing leadership sessions this week that continue into tomorrow .. My post tonight is from my heart, some of my notes and some of my own reflections. Open your hearts .. If you are feeling frustrated or discouraged tonight because your not seeing fruit from the seeds you have planted you need to remember the PROCESS is critical and good roots bear good fruit!!! So much of life is a training ground and a stepping stone.. Dont get stuck or set back in the times of underground growth. Also remember the bigger picture and that there are 2 people waiting for you 1) to see you on the other side victorious & bringing hope, strength and strategy because you overcame & say wow ____ is still standing, I need some of that in my life 2) the haters aka those stuck in their own pit of fears, doubt, shame, envy, wounds just waiting for you to join them. Friends the truth is the only one that can take us from that pit is Jesus and 2 its our job to then call others out of dark places & bring them into a place of freedom and success. Lastly success is not a status, a title, or material things .. Success is loving God, life, yourself, people and doing the very thing you were born to do. NO one can fulfill the thing your on this earth for but you.. And if thats being a super mom/wife/homeschooler then do that with all your might.. If its government, Hollywood, education, art, business, medical field or counseling ... What matters is that its YOUR assignment. You cant be me and I cant be you. When people are asked Who do you want to be? The answer should be: ME.. Or the best version of me I hope this speaks and sparks something in you night owls đ Good night ..
