I have been struggling with the credit card machine and the phone line for months. Everyone passes the buck. Meanwhile every time anyone wants to pay i have to unplug the phone, plug in machine, then remember to plug phone back in afterwards or no phone calls.... quite a hassle, going from bar to kitchen and back again all the time, just to take some money.... now i have changed to Barclaycard and have new machine........... problem solved.... IT ALL WORKS! and my processing costs are less than 1/4 of what they were with Streamline.... one of my better moves!
