I have been talking to employers, here in CA, about hiring illegals. The employers require documents such as SSC#s, green cards, etc.. The State tells them to look over the documents but if the employer tries to investigate, they will get sued for racial profiling and/or discrimination. More than one employer has told me this. The State of CA is effectively blocking Federal Immigration law. Bastards !
