I have been to many Sonics and this is by far the worst, such a bad representation of a great place! First off Vicky tried to take our order I was yelling it to the intercom and she still was repeating everything wrong... Jasmine brought the food and didnt even know what she brought and her excuse is she just started working here duh.. everyone did you guys just opened! Then the shake we got was flavorless so the manger Ariel agrees to refund us when we state this wasnt a great experience she says ok have a great sonic day. Really... great customer service skills not how can we make it better, what didnt you like.. she just didnt care! In & Out here I come!
