“I have been training with VO2 Vitality Fitness since 2011. During this time I have tried most training systems offered; kick boxing, boxing, TRX, circuit, small group PT, running and beast strength. I have loved the variety of the fun and challenging group workouts and the sense of community at the gym. Growing up as a somewhat un-co kid, I was never into sport or particularly athletic. The encouragement and support from the staff and clients at Vo2 has helped me realise my strengths and talents and assisted me in reaching my goals. Brendan and the trainers really take an interest in each individual client to ensure they are getting the results they are after. My most recent achievement was competing in my first Olympic weight lifting competition in December. I would have never considered or had the confidence to enter if it wasnt for the encouragement and expertise of Brendan Tuck, Brendon Smith, Ryan Bailey and the rest of the team. I am the strongest I have been in my life and am more confident in my own skin! I will definitely be returning to VO2 when I return to Wollongong and recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their fitness, mood and quality of life” – Leah Jaques
