I have been unknowingly walking past a patch of wild mugwort growing right near my little house everyday. Due to the lush landscape and many plants growing just outside my door, I hadnt even seen the mugwort until I did a bit of clearing and weeding today. Wow! what a blessing to have this sacred healing herb so near. I will definitely be putting her to work soon :) Plans to make some moxa and smudge sticks, teas, and tinctures. If you arent familiar with the many amazing benefits of mugwort - read below the photo to learn more. By the way - just sitting on the step outside my casita I can spot many wild medicinals growing within a few steps - wild raspberry, mugwort, chanca piedra, gavilana, sorosi, achiote, yellow dock, verbena, passionflower, and more. And that is just outside my house... the rest of the farm, rainforest, and area here is filled with more amazing medicines and edibles.
