I have been watching a house close by me that has a dog chained up and the dog house is way to small and I have noticed for the last 3 days the water bucket has been on its side and in the same spot. The dog is a lab nix and very sweet. Luckily one of the neighbors that use to live down the road moved in over there with them and I have met her before so I stopped today cause I couldnt take it anymore and what I saw was horriffic there were 2 dogs a big dog Irish setter mix and a 20lbs dog is a Medium crate next to the house where there is no shade and they had no water or food in the crate and the sun was beating down on them. The Lab Mix that is on the chain had no food or water the yard id filled with debris and its overall a real bad situation for ALL THESE DOGS. I asked the girl that I knew from meeting before to please gert them some water and to move those other dogs into the shade and she did and sje says the lady and Man of the house probably wont listen to me and that she was looking for another place to live. All the neighbors have complained about these people and the shelter wont do anything in Owen county so what are our options I told the girl I knew there to ask her if I gave her 50.00 would she let me take the dog that was on the chain. She is gonna ask her but she doesnt think she will. Another neighbor caught her beating a Dashcund that she just got and tried to video tape it but it didnt come out. I need to know if anyone can help giving me some clues as to what to do these dogs are all in danger. The man of the house is also a convicted Child Molester from what the neighbors said. I went back over there and took some food and treats and the girl that I knew let me give it to them. I just want to cry this is so sad. HELP!!!!!!!
