I have been wondering what Facebook is for. For some it seems to be see my cool life,kids,travels etc. at other times it is a sharing site. See this cool thought, video, collection etc I found. Tonight, for me, it is a place to publicly grieve. And I dont know how to do that. We lost a good one today, our friend Jamil passed suddenly, and we are profoundly sad for his wife Lisa and their 3 girls. Empty, hollow, afraid and gut-kicked gives way to anger. Truly WTF. Not this guy, not one of the good ones. Why? Death is a necessary component of life, and my lack of language to talk about it may be at the root of this post. I am starving for comprehension and the standard God Buddha Allah stuff does not seem to play. So please just accept this as public tears, a way of sharing feelings and news (with apologies). And a reminder, LOVE and LIVE your life today.
