I have come to realize what others dont want to say but as I go to work after eleven each night I USED to be amazed at how many under 16 year old boys and girls I see roaming through the streets. Then one of the main conclusions should be what kind of parent(s) reared you. And heaven forbid if you go thru downtown St. Louis its like Kids N Play time with a criminal element. So rather than encouraging the youth to get an education or doing something meaningful the parents some any way or smoking blunts with the kids. Charity they say starts at home and as long as African Americans keep blaming others without helping themselves the beat will go on and on and....
