I have deemed this not YouTube-worthy, but I still really wanted to share it so Im posting it here. This is a seasonal drift event in GT6. I usually have a hard time drifting the AE86 with it being underpowered, but I still try anyway, and my performance through the first three corners was awesome. This event had 6 sectors, and I managed to score enough for the gold by the time I got through the 4th sector, and I was nearly halfway there after just the first corner. Its also worth mentioning that I hadnt spent a lot of time tuning for this event. I simply took a setup that had been used for racing, raised the LSD sensitivity to the max all across the board, and dropped down to comfort hard tires. Normally, I would mess with alignment settings as well, but I wanted to see how the car handled first. Unfortunately, at 0:58, I found out that I left the racing brakes installed, and locked up my front and rear tires when I mashed the brakes for the first time. As you will see, this resulted in massive understeer, as the car completely straightened itself out, and headed straight for the wall, but I managed to correct it with quick use of the handbrake.
