I have documents and video of Mom stating she wants FAMILY to care for her. Lutheran Services and Moms atty have just two of the many handwritten missives stating she wants to be with family. With her own words and my actions of cooperation and capability, and her wishes per her POA, youd think Lutheran Services would resign Guardianship. Or I could go to court and force a resignation - before the same judge. No one wins those cases. Its said once a person gets under a Guardianship, it is impossible to get them out. No one gets out. Im hoping Moms case will prove differently. But time is running out for her. I love her. She deserves her life to be played out the way she painted it. She never signed anything that said she wanted Lutheran Services to control her life and all her money.
