I have faults I am often blunt and outspoken and dont tolerate fools gladly. I am however honest and transparent and value these attributes in other people. I realise more and more every day that not everyone wants the truth they prefer the smoke blowers and the grinning clowns that tell you what you want to hear with a permanent smile. Sorry I cant be that person, you want to take me on I will show my hand and speak my mind. Be prepared to meet the truth head on. Truth and Transparency make you vulnerable but worth it if people can believe you and what you stand for!!
