I have found quite more than enough biased views on the incident where the LAPD shot a angry dog. For one, not every law enforcement officer, let alone general people are not the dog whisperer. Second, no officer goes out looking for a dog to kill. Third, the fact that the dog escaped is not the fault of the officer, it is the fault of the owner, if a dog is angry, barks, and is coming at you, I guarantee that anyone else would of shot that dog by the premise of fear and self defense, so stop thumping your chest and recognize that this was a no win situation, it happens.
