I have gotten some response about the funny comment I made to Melissa Lynch. She is a very nice person and she knows that I was joking with her. It would be hard for me to rate the Wells Fargo on Washington and Liberty because I consider them a part of my family. I have been doing business with them for many years. The company that I work for does business with them also.I dont see Miss Lynch that much because I think that she works in loans or something of that nature. I know that she doesnt work up front. When you walk in the Wells Fargo, if you arent greeted walk back out because you just entered a closed bank and might get arrested. You are greeted sometimes numerous times. They also ask how you are doing? What did you do last weekend? What are you doing this weekend? Its hot outside, you going swimming today? Just friendly conversation. Mr. Blake English walks the floor sometimes and speaks to everyone. I notice that hes a young man but has OLD SKOOL values. He really does appreciate you coming in there. Miss Charlene runs around behind the counter and scans the customers and makes sure that they are being helped. If they are busy, she says thanks for your patience we will be right with you. Angie runs from the drive thru to the counter, sometimes not even hitting the steps. She always has the great smile and speaks. April always ask how you are doing and whatcha doing this weekend. The 2 Miss Sharons always are cutting up and having a great sense of humor. There is another young lady who just started and Im sorry that I cant remember her name but her smile goes from ear to ear. David is great also. He always ask you if there is anything else than he can get for you. And last but not least Miss Johnnie. She has been working there since she was 3 years old and Ive never seen her in a bad mood. She is always smiling and always has something great to talk about.If I missed someone Im sorry. As you can see, I love Wells Fargo on Liberty and Washington. If a manual on customer service would be written, they would author it. Myself changing banks has never and never will cross my mind. You guys at Wells Fargo treat me like family. Thank you.
