I have had a few people ask the last couple of weeks to see my meal plan for the week, so thought I would share….I normally dont meal plan for breakfast but have started doing this the last few weeks to encourage the kids to have something different (Miss 11 and Miss 9 would have a Smoothie everyday for breakfast otherwise!) Tuesday: B: Porridge & Fruit L: Frittata and Salad D: Moroccan Chicken - Slow Cooker (COTC) Wednesday: B: Scrambled Eggs, Fried Tomato & Toast L: Frittata and Salad D: Turkey & Coconut Curry Meatballs (COTC) Thursday: B: CADA and Yoghurt L: Chicken and Salad D: Lamb and Apple Curry (COTC for Kids) Friday: B: Smoothie L: Chicken, Lettuce, Avo and Mayo Wraps D: Nasi Goreng (COTC for Kids) Meal planning can help to save money (as you only buy what you need) and can encourage you to cook healthier meals.
