I have had a lovely Fathers Day. I have a lot to be grateful for, such as two Fantastic Daughters and the fact that I had a Father and a Dad who both had influences on making me the Man and Father I am. I see a lot of people who mention the lack of Father figures in their lives in my personal life and here on FB. Both of the Father figures in my life were not perfect. Keep in mind, any shortcomings, misgivings, voids and failures that your Earthly Father might have, or had have, there is a Heavenly Father who can heal the shortcomings and misgivings, fill the voids and repair the failures the Earthly Father left in your heart and soul. Like all relationships, in order to be healthy, it must be nurtured by all parties involved.
