I have had a ton of people asking me lately how I manage my time between Brodilynn, work and everything else to find time to workout. HERES MY SECRET....I only workout 25-30 minutes a day! YES...you heard me right, 25 minutes! I havent stepped foot in a gym in 3 years, I have a little one at home with me full time and I work lol. I absolutely DO NOT have time to spend hours working out (and I wouldnt even if I did!) If you train properly and eat the right foods at the right time, you body does exactly what its supposed to! I have lost a total of 39 pounds and 4 pant sizes! I am in the best shape I have ever been in my whole life even after baby! My energy is THROUGH THE ROOF and I am a positive rolemodel in the daughters life, couldnt ask for more! NOW...I can show you all the before and after pictures I have BUT what I really want to do is show you YOURS!! What if I told you that you could lose up to 50 pounds by SUMMER, using the same simple system I did, 25 minutes a day, right from home....would you agree??? Heck yes you would!!
