I have had horrible experiences with Cox Communications the last few months --sending me home with unactivated devices, telling me an appointment has been scheduled and not scheduling it, charging me for said appointment when I was told it was free, signing me up for Contour and it being 3 times more expensive than I was told, the new Contour then not recording any shows. I am considering canceling cable altogether, but am curious what peoples experiences have been with Direct TV or Dish? Or Hulu Plus?
