I have had so many people ask me how I am losing weight. People who are my friends, people who have seen my posts and pics on other sites or have seen my public posts. This is a portion controlled eating plan. This plan gives you every tool that you need to start your journey to health and fitness and allows you live a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime, not just temporarily. You get the book that tells you how to calculate your portions and how many containers per food group you are allowed to have, a list of foods in each food group you can have, the portion controlled containers, some recipes and workout DVDs for 30 minute workouts each day (a different workout for every day of the week). There are a few recipes in the book as well. I am attaching links here so that you may look at the program. If you order through one of the links, I can add you to our challenge group. We share pics, recipes, good days, bad days, etc. The women in this group are AMAZING!!! So much support and that is so important when you are on your weight loss journey. This is everything you get in the basic package plus a meal/snack replacement shake. You can replace 1 meal/snack per day with a nutritional shake.
