I have had some really powerful learning experiences in the last month… Especially around my connections with other people close to me… When I so clearly called in what it was that I wanted to be and wanted to have in my life… I didnt think I was aware of what it was that I was going to have to release and go through to get there… Life is a beautiful reflection and expression of our growth and discovery as individual beings in this interconnected and multidimensional world. One of the biggest lessons for me recently had to do with becoming radically responsible for the stories and experiences in my life, and recognizing that at the Source of it All… I am at the core of this creation… To be able to distinguish between truth and illusion… between love and fear… is to be centered in one or the other… The understanding that both can be equally as true or untrue as the other. Understanding that it is through interpretation that we declare our realities and beliefs…. when our interpretations should be grounded in our belief… What do you believe… what is your truth? We define and confine our minds with circles and lines, trying to build structures in the illusion of security… but the great surrender is recognizing that you are not this body, and you are not this mind, you are something far far greater and vaster then that. The ego is your alley… and it is here to serve you… The ego is that which defines the separation, allowing for individuality, duality individuated….It allows for the experience that is your Name… Indivisible and yes Separate… When the Ego becomes the Master, it knows not what to do with all of its power and it destroys itself sub consciously, like a self destruct, knowing ultimately that which serves the All and Collective and ultimately the peace of heart and mind of the individual. This container, filled with infinite spirit and expression… I am not this body… I am not this feeling or thought…. I Am that which I Am….Appreciating and recognizing that Separation is the Gift that allows for the Reintegration. Recognizing that Death is followed by life in the same way that Death follows Life… Becoming centered and balanced between polarities… Dont you see your reflections all around you??…from within You? Dont you see your projections from within you…All around you? Dont you see? Aligning masculine and feminine with my heart and mind. Aligning the Heart and Mind. Forgiveness… Compassion… It is all connected… Its All One…And although Im not always perfect I just keep returning to Love… For it is all I know true… You are the author of your story… your thoughts activate your feelings, your energy, you then manifest energy from these feelings through your words and actions… What story are you authoring? Imagine and Create....
