I have had the opportunity over the last month to speak with a few student pastors who are absolutely turning the tide on student ministry. Here are two of the primary attributes of student ministries that are exploding: (1) The student pastor is actually teaching and preaching the Bible each week and encouraging their students to make the Word a priority; (2) The student pastor is actively making evangelism a priority which means they dont just talk about it but actually do it!
