I have had the opportunity to read books about political careers - TopicsExpress

I have had the opportunity to read books about political careers or biographies of the worlds most outstanding politicians.one of these happens to have been among others Robert Mugabe,Nelson Mandela;Pope John Paul,Thabo Mbeki,in retrospect Joshua Nkomo;further down Adolph Hitler;Winston Churchill and many others and Ive been awe struck that inspite of all their efforts they havent really been able to change the world meaningfully at all. Their careers were terminated seemingly midway This has actually saddened me as to what exactly is our purpose on earth?I have read Ruth Todds Thru the Darkness,as she writes about the Mugabe era how as in all of our own lives what we set out to do actually betrays the very causes we set out to stage on the internationally arena. Mugabe;according to Ruth Todd has attacked almost all social groupings and communities in Zim leaving the world wondering as to whether he is really anyones champion let alone liberator.Im not seeking to depict any political allegiances;I have none. The saddest thing ever is that life with all its ups and downs is really a chasing after the wind. What to do? Know this: Satisfy your mouths wish, eat and drink well(hey you dipsomaniacs I dont mean beer,I mean those other drinks, with no side effects);enjoy a romantic life with a faithful partner, but dont forget that every good thing every bad thing,we will have to give an account to God after this life and the poor journalist will be unable to concoct any story,God knows everything even before it happens i read with disdain how Zanu(pf) turned innocent youths, disguised as veterans of the liberation struggle to killers.Their victims? The elderly white farming community and any other targeted political community;sad!
