I have heard a few times in on this page about a lack of things to do for kids. Bricks4Kidz (Lego Design), JEDI Urban Dance (Hip-Hop, Break Dancing) & Spitfires Kids Athletic Club (Boxing, Kickboxing) have been running several 3-in-1 variety camps all summer and have had many that were successful but also many that were cancelled due to low enrollment. Individually, we all command a huge crowd at all of the many markets & events leading up to summer but even now we are very close to pulling the plug on the last camp due to the same old reason. Speaking for Spitfires, I am not in this for profit but we receive no support and operate at a break-even level. Parents can opt for one of the heavily subsidized City-run Camps with 39 other kids or they can try something new that their kids would love and keep these other options from closing their doors.
