I have just returned from the 103rd Session of the Michigan Annual Conference of the A.M.E. Zion Church in Detroit, Mi. The wind blew, the fire fell and the Glory of the Lord came down!!! I am so grateful to God that on yesterday I was ordained an Elder in the A.M.E. Zion Church. I officially started this journey seven years ago. The number seven is completion. This is my first cycle of completion. I thank Bishop Darryl Starnes & Bishop George Walker, my pastor, Rev. Dr. David I. Neville Jr., Rev. Judith Neville, my local proctor. All of my conference studies proctors. Thanks so much for pouring your wisdom, knowledge and love into me. I must also thank God for the late Bishop Roy A. Holmes who instilled excellence into the lives of ministers in our great Midwest Episcopal area. To God Be The Glory for the marvelous things He has done. Rev. Dr. Jean Hope
