I have many very good reasons why I do not work with Internet lenders. I inherited a client who had already committed to their lender when we met. A month later and we are not closed. Easy transaction... lot of money down. Amazing. I will not make an exception again. The client is not taken care of and it actually unnecessarily costs me money and a ton of time away from other clients to get it closed. Im glad that my client has been amazing to work with and appreciates my efforts.
