I have not seen anyone who got a position as a medical doctor in a hospital because he is a caring person. No one gets called a lawyer because he is honest therefore, no one will be made the president of Nigeria based on personal integrity. If you wanna be a doctor you need to go to school of medicine first and pass the board exams before you are allowed to practice. Te same goes for a lawyer, you need to go to law school and pass before you are certified and called to the bar. Therefore, our politician must provide evidence of their education qualifications before they are allowed to vie for any political office in the country. No one should be exempted. Even if one attended a school or completed a programme but did not pass the required exams to qualify, that person can not claim to have completed the program or say he is is qualified.
