I have not slept in several days. Hunter has been having a very hard time with mucus plugs and a floppy airway so every 1-5 minutes his oxygen monitor alarm goes off because he isnt getting enough oxygen. The first week home this would happen all day until 2:00 AM and then he would sleep until noon without a problem. The past few days he does this until 5:00 AM and then non stop since yesterday afternoon. He has finally been sleeping for a couple of hours but instead of taking a nap I have been washing bedding and towels that they dirtied. Laundry is done, beds are made and I just put a turkey breast in the crock pot for Johns dinner when he gets home from work tonight, so turkey dip sandwiches are easy in case Hunter is needing attention again. But at least Ciara is doing very well and can go for a few hours at a time off her bi-pap machine which makes her a very happy girl. It will be a long time before we can take the kids out since they have to be hooked up to the bi-pap machines all day so we will be missing out on get togethers for a while but at least the kids are back home where they belong.
