I have noticed over the years in working with lots of folks that we in fact see what we look for. I know this woman who has a great life, retired, lots of hobbies, good friends, travels lots and has a wonderful home and family and yet everything is always wrong or negative so that is all she sees. She can not see all the great stuff because she is not looking for it. Her belief system has tainted her lenses so despite what anyone may say to her all is dark and gloomy through her eyes. Yep, you see what you are trained to see. Trick is to retrain the lenses by changing your internal beliefs. Much Love Stephen
