I have now been in Eldoret town for a week and that has been the best week in a longtime. This place is not as perfect as Nairobi but the people here are. In the imperfection of Eldoret I have an opportunity to boost and better my imperfections. A day hardly passes without rain and when it rains its very muddy. Luckily, I am just next to the school...a stone throw distance. I am not lonely. I am making new friends each and every day. Hanging around at the pool or at the cyber or even at the restaurant to watch A football match. The young men here have started to speak about the huge, dark, outspoken and funny (I doubt that) guy The name here is General Gitonga or GG. but most of these guys are pronouncing /chi/ in place of /g/...talk of mother tonque influence. I have noted a niche that I will fit in. Most of the guys I have met with share a plight with all the young people I have met around Kenya. As I study I will try to engage them in the Shades of Hope affairs or A-Kili Foundation empowerment projects. I feeling encouraged and motivated to focus fully on my education as I help to the level I can. Also of importance is the great opportunity I have come to experience here. With a good capital I will start business here. There is market with an unsatisfiable demand for very many services. What I feel sad about is that I will miss my boys in St. Marys, Kanjuri Boys, Kagumo Boys and my beautiful Kagwe Girls Angels. I will miss Nairobi. Children have formulated the foundations of my happiness. at the moment I am in search of an institution where i will be assisting during the weekends. It might be Uasin Gishu Secondary or Chebisaas High School...I am waiting upon the lord to open The doors. As I. still adjust...I still need your prayers.
