I have now endured 48 days of working out and 51 days without use of an antacid or acid reducer. For the first time in my life, I can sit on a hard surface and actually not have my tailbone pressed against said surface. I have to lean back a bit, but I actually have*something* in the way of gluteal muscle. On arm/chest day, I normally do 3 X 10 X 160 on bench and sneak in 2 X 10 X 175 on leg day, as to give myself a rest before my next set of squats. With my arms/chest being so fresh, I can never resist the temptation to bench. As such, I was wondering if anyone can provide me a concrete reason not to just move my bench to leg day, so it doesnt get worn down alongside curls, triceps and flies? Perhaps that IS the reason I should do all on one day, but why not do it when I can do more. Later this week, Ill be trying 215 and, if successful, I will be ahead of my 4/17 goal date on that weight....
