I have read a couple things on Facebook the last few days that have really made me mad. The funny thing about it is I havent read it from my friends, but from other people who have commented on my friends status or one of my friends have commented on a status and it popped up on my news feed. First of all, just because you breast feed your baby doesnt make you a better mom than the moms who do not. I have a healthy 6 year old that never has even tried breast milk. Hes very intelligent and healthy. Whats really funny to me is its mainly the ones who just had a baby for the first time and their child is only a week or so old. You just had a baby so automatically you know everything about having a kid!? Come on. Im not saying youre wrong for breast feeding either. Formula or breast Idc. As long as your child is fed and happy it doesnt matter which it comes from. I guarantee you do not know more about whats best for your couple week old than these mothers with more than one child or an older child. I understand breast is good for a baby. If thats how you choose to feed your child, good for you but keep it out of others face, you are not a better mother for it. Another thing I read is about racism. Ive already typed too much so Ill keep this one short. Not everything is happening to you because youre colored. Not all white people are out to get you, come on its 2014. I am not racist at all. But white people are discriminated against too. What about Christians? Or non Christians? The difference is, when white people are they dont go bat shit crazy. This is just my opinion.
