I have read, and understand the concern posted about privacy issues on Facebook. As I mentioned, I started this group awhile back just as a where are they now tool for out HS class. However, there are almost 350 members in this group now, and since the reunion on the 20th, much information has been asked to be shared on this open group. That being said, I will change the group to closed or secret if it is the desire of you guys to do so. A closed group setting allows someone who hits this FB group page to see who is a member of the group - and I believe requests to join can be made (I will also change membership approval by Admin Only). Most importantly someone viewing this group who is not a member cannot see content posted with a closed group setting (see attached image - have not saved the setting - just wanted you to see the parameters involved) . A secret group setting only allows people who are currently members to see or access the group page. Thoughts?
