I have read most of the comments on last two threads and it certainly makes for interesting reading. Mostly intelligent people with differing viewpoints (although sadly, not all intelligent). This is one of those highly emotional subjects that we struggle to think objectively about, which is understandable. Ill leave them open for you to offer your opinions but please refrain from personal insults to each other, there really is no need.
