I have returned from taking a 3-1/2 hour test to determine if I am qualified for a position with the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as an Assistant National Bank Examiner. Fortunately I was blessed with a very talented Accounting professor at TCC in Mr. Mitchell Ober and it appears that I retained some of his teaching! I passed the quiz portion that tests on accounting and finance principles. Therefore, I was allowed to go on to the essay portion of the assessment. I will find out sometime next week how I did on that part of the test. While a job is not my preferred course, I am leaving all options open.
