UPCOMING ARTISTS are busy chasing ESTABLISHED ARTISTS and not realizing the barriers there, because no one wants to create their competition... additionally, what willll they really do? Its the people BEHIND THE SCENES you need to get to know...... THOSE are the people that FIND the TALENT, MOLD THE TALENT, GET THEM OUT TO THE MASSES and event make that artist who HE, SHE or THEY are! The best talent goes unnoticed, while sometimes garbage artists shine for years to come..... Ever thought of that?! Get to know THOSE you NEED to know.......
