I have so many videos that I never post heres some examples of things I would add at the end of an upper body day to burn out ----// - ✨ prowler pushes (or the infamous towel pushes)- I used a 35 lb plate .. Lean forward for more emphasis in your shoulders and lean back, or sit into it, for more emphasis and stretch in your hamstrings - ✨ Plank on an upside down bosu because you can never do enough core training. Its the foundation of everything (super setted with Bosu Burpees- which are not shown). -✨ Seal walks and reverse walks/ my latest obsession. Pushing and pulling your body weight (using the sliding pads in the bottom frame)..
