I have some more ideas. We are looking for places to hold anywhere from 200 to 220 people. That includes all alumni and spouses or significant others. Latitude 40 in Robinson has a room that would hold all of us for $600 for 4 hours. They have a lot of different things to do like bowling and a game room. We can add food too. Jergels in Warrendale has an upper deck to rent. I emailed the lady about pricing. However, its only available Sunday - Thursday. Another thing to think about is how we are paying for this. Do we want to do a fundraiser? Do we want to just split it between all of us? And when do we want to do this? I think end of summer would be better since most people go on vacation. September or October? I dont want to go any later since we will run into the holidays. I will be contacting the people who offered help but I need to friend request some of you. Thanks!
