I have to say I have the best parents in the world. After hearing about my struggle with my feet they drove two hours to come help me break down my vendor booth in the sky box upstairs. They also came to watch my dogs run which they have not seen very often. They missed my first runs with Status and Epic because they got lost and added an hour to their time. I still had Time to Beat left with both the boys. To my delight judge LaVonda Herring made this run particularly special! We were done for the weekend and her ring was over so she decided to add a little fun to our last run by talking about our dogs and cheering us on as we ran and getting the crowd to cheer for us too! I could not have asked for a better run for my parents to see who waited all day for our turn. I was the last 20 inch dog to run with Epic and I knew I had an incredibly fast dog to beat who beats us all the time so wr just went for it and had fun. Epic ended up winning and beating the time by a hundreds of a second. My mom who was filming got so excited that she dropped the phone at the end. This is a run I will not soon forget. Thanks Lavonda for making it so special.
