I have to say, I knew the Phillipines were going to be a debacle and worse than Katrina, not just for the impact...but the recovery. No one really in that area knew how bad it would be as far as looters, rape, abuse, doing anything for food and clean water. We should of let them know how bad, but would they listen...the answer is no. Sad to hear all of what is going on, but no matter how much we tell people it will be a life changer, they still sit and allow the storm to hit and not prepare FOR AFTER the storm. Sigh
