If people would take the time to educate themselves on the subject they would learn that the reasons it has become a problem in Africa is a) these are third world countries with poor health care systems, b) in their culture it is common for the family to touch the body of their deceased loved one which is when many people become infected themselves because the virus is still very much alive and c) they dont have the means to educate the local populations on the dangers of coming into contact with infected people and touching the deceased.
