I have to vent because I am so POed! when a person does an honorable job with integrity by doing military service during war time should be honored. While he was alive he was accused of falsifying valor by an in-law, then when he dies, she (the inlaw) insults his memory by showing up at his funeral. What she did to him was not only an insult to him, but his family. she did not and still does not have the guts to admit that she put him through hell by having people show up at his door with such accusations. Granted, his record showed he was an honorable person, but it does not change that he had to defend himself from a relatives false accusation. Once a person turns in an accusation of false valor, they should never be allowed to attend a military funeral! they are a disgrace. I cannot believe her husband knows what she did to his uncle because he loved his uncle. I am just really poed about it.
