I have tried to publicly back McCoist for the past 3 and a bit years while privately knowing he wasnt up to the job. He has had three seasons to improve this team season by season, it hasnt worked. Hearts when they got the points deduction accepted relegation and built for the future and put a managerial structure in place and have achieved in under one year what Rangers havent in three. No structure to our play, defensively or offensively. Boyd is as much use as a man down due to our style of play. He thrives on chances created for him, we dont do it. We will really struggle to get promoted with this management team, they all need to go, McCoist, Durrant and McDowell, before they tarnish their legendary status within the club. Anyone who knows me know this isnt a knee jerk reaction and i have been saying it for well over a year. I gave him a year grace in the third division. We are no further forward 18 months down the line. Ally, break your promise. Walk away.
