I have two wonderful brothers, both named Steve. Steve Royer has been a part of my life since the day we picked him up at the adoption agency 53 years ago. He is the best brother a girl could ask for and one of the most loving and kind hearted people I have been blessed to know. My other brother, Steven Sanchez and I were reunited this year after 55 years of separation. In no time, he became my brother, too....connected with a kind of love that started the day I was born when he saw me at the hospital before our mother, Gerda died. That was the last time we were to see each other until May of this year. Somehow that love stayed alive all those years and we picked up our relationship almost effortlessly. What a miracle Love is and what a blessing my two brothers are to me. I love you both!
