I havent been on facebook much in the last few months but tonight I have been looking at my newsfeed and was suddenly struck by the variety of emotions represented by the posts. Grief, sadness, happiness and joy, physical pain, anxiety, and the thrill of a new toy. Hate, prejudice, anger and greed, love, patience, helping those in great need. We all hope the good times will outweigh the bad, that the days we are happy will be more than the sad. The truth is our emotions will change, and life will put us through the whole range. So if you are down you will soon be up, and it wont be long til joy fills your cup. Whatever you are feeling on this Christmas Eve night, I wish you Love and Peace and a New Year filled with Light.
