I havent experienced an Asthma attack n so many years but this morning the memories of feeling like your gonna choke to death made it self known again in my life severely this time I believe it was the scariest feeling ever especially being helpless to your own self I Thank God for keeping me calm Lord knows I gave up prayers of fear n hope I Thank God for my family who was there to take me to the hospital Bella Mafia and to my Auntie Doris Daniels for the extra care box now that Im home all Im seeing is Rest Rest Rest cause I surely get blinded and forget myself for everyone else I gotta do better
