I havent mentioned Sparkles and what is going on here so here is a brief update, for those who know what is going on, sorry to bore you. The day after her birthday she had to have a cancerous lump removed from her front right leg. The lump pathology came back with clear margins but a very large wound was on her leg. Two weeks later we tried a skin graft, it didnt take for various reasons so now we are letting nature take its course and hopefully she can have a smaller graft which will speed the healing up. While this was going on I was very worried and of course Sparkles was not her normal self at all, it was during this time I videoed her using the ramp as that was the only way she could get in the car. The last couple of days she has jumped out of the car on her own and this morning I had the ramp ready for her to use, and she ignored it and jumped into the car. Last night she started playing with her birthday toys, so each day she is getting back to her old self. Has always been a bit cheeky but not interested in playing with toys and her cat was keeping his distance, now they are snuggling together like they did before the surgery. At this stage all is good :)
